Validation

Testing Mode:

Custom

In Custom Mode, enter any amount of and kind of CLI commands (separated by newlines) and each will be individually tested

ex.
 aaa server radius dynamic-author port 3000
telemetry model-driven strict-timer
aps group 100 unidirectional

Component

In Component Mode, enter a single root CLI command and all branching commands will be individually tested

ex.
 aaa, bgp, etc

Platform:

Hardware

Hardware requires the inclusion of a path to a YAML file containing configurations for the router

Simulation

Any of the following simulation environments may be selected:
  • ENXR

Optional Selections:

Stress Test

A Stress Test will perform an expansion of each of the CLI commands entered, executing negative and edge-case testing

You cannot perform a stress test in custom mode

ex.
 Command: tcp synwait-time <5-30>
Expansion:
tcp synwait-time 1,
tcp synwait-time 30,
tcp synwait-time -1,
tcp synwait-time 31

Release to Release

A release to release comparison will provide statistics detailing an increase or decrease in bugs detected
